We were a bit rusty last week against Bo'ness after a 2 week lay off due to the weather. It was a surprise to have the game on, especially with the atrocious weather. Credit to Bo'ness who put up a strong performance but looking back at our performance we handled the weather conditions better than they did. Saying that we were not as clinical in our decision making as we could have been and left a few scores on the field, but a bonus point win was our aim and the lads achieved that.
This week is our last home game of 2015 and we host Fife Southern at Sunnyside, hopefully the weather will place nice and we will have an open game. We are again plagued with injuries and unavailability but rugby is a squad game and the depth of talent has been again tested but we are hopeful of another strong performance. Our outcome is another bonus point win and to keep our position at the top of the Caledonia Midlands league 3.
Making there first starts of the season are Ruari Pearson and Derek Menmuir, some old heads to a youthful team. It would be great to see you come down and support the lads.
