Despite a bright start with tries from Calum Rennie (sponsored by Retson's Barber Shop) and Alan Connolly, it was tight at the break with Falkirk leading 13-11.

Stew Mel hit back early in the second half with 2 tries & a penalty taking a 13-24 lead into the final 20 minutes.

A yellow card to Connor Faulds seemed to energize Falkirk for a fight back but time wasn’t on their side. Despite a try from John McKenna (sponsored by CR Garden Services) and a penalty the final score was 21-24.
