The 1st XV make the long trip down to Galloway to face Newton Stewart in National League Div. 2. Both sides will be keen to improve on opening day defeats, and it will no doubt be a typically high-tempo affair.

Our 2nd XV will go into their first home fixture of the season versus Glenrothes in confident mood after a comprehensive away win last week in Kinross. Our visitors are on the road again having gone down 43-19 to away to Strathmore 2nd XV last time out.

And on Sunday, our Women's side play their inaugural league fixture in Caley Midlands/East Div. 2 at Horne Park, where they'll host Kirkcaldy (2pm KO). This is a big day for Falkirk's Women and their coaches, who have secured full league status in an impressively short timescale, due to their dedication and togetherness. Come down if you can and cheer them on.
