Physiotherapy at Falkirk Rugby

Philip Skinner7 Apr 2014 - 00:37

Being a member of Falkirk Rugby has its benefits

Falkirk Rugby would like to take this opportunity to clarify the role of the physiotherapists at the club.

Who can access the physio – all members of the club can access the physio, so if you are a senior player, a junior player, a mini player or a non-playing member of Falkirk Rugby then you can access the physio.

When can you access the physio – the physio is normally at the club from early August to the end of May on a Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 7pm-8.30pm. These times are typically during the rugby season but can vary depending upon what is happening, any changes to these arrangements will be posted on our website, facebook and twitter accounts.

How can you access the physio – for the senior and u18 players then access the physio is very much a first come first serve set up as they train on these nights. For P3-U16 players and non-playing members it is important that you contact the club in advance to book an appointment, this will ensure that the physio is aware of your appointment and that you will not be disappointed.

What you need to know – for P3-U16 players it is important that you attend with your parent or coach, this is to ensure that the information given to the physio is accurate and that any advice or guidance given by them is understood. For any member attending it is advisable that they wear casual clothing, preferable shorts and t-shirt.

We will have a system in place for next season that will enable members to book appointments in advance. In the meantime the physio will be at the club until the 1st June on a Tuesday evening from 7pm-8.30pm, to book an appointment please call 07584563384

It pays to be a member at Falkirk Rugby.
