For the past five seasons since his appointment as Head Coach in 2019, Steven has contributed hugely to the growth and development of Falkirk's senior sides.

Inheriting a young and largely homegrown squad, he has played a pivotal role in developing their skills, tactical awareness and resilience. This has enabled our 1st XV to secure 3 consecutive top 3 finishes in National League Div. 2, as well as a National League Cup win at Murrayfield in 2024, and our 2nd XV finished season 2024/25 in their highest ever league position.

The Club is hugely appreciative of everything Steven has given to the role (including the many miles travelled between Haddington and Sunnyside) and would like to wish him every success in the future as he pursues new coaching opportunities closer to home.
