I have been tasked to put together a Marketing sub-committee that will work together to enhance the profile of the club within the Falkirk region, build new business contacts and build a more profitable club for the future generations to come.

We have targeted three areas that we would like to work on.

1. The overall club profile within Falkirk District and surrounding areas

2. Internal promotion to members new and old.

3. Targeting new business, bringing in sponsorship and actually delivering to them what we have promised.

To do this, a sub-committee needs to be formed. There is simply too much work for one or two people to cope with. (especially with all the other work that needs done)

Can I ask volunteers to get in touch with me please and offer their services.
We would plan to meet once a fortnight where each member would be tasked with certain jobs.

Ideally, I would like to see a committee of at least 6 club members. 2 Junior members, 2 Senior members and 2 players (one from the 1sts and 1 from the 2nds. It would bring a good balance to the committee and everyone would have their own ideas to bring to the table.

Without marketing the club correctly, we will never truly reach our potential. Lets get it going the right way and start building for a stronger future.
